What we Do
We are a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) approved by the IRS working to provide quality affordable housing solutions with supportive services.
We take part in development, preservation, management and/or financing of affordable housing. We acquire and renovate existing housing and develop new affordable housing.
We also acquire, repair and finance quality motor vehicles for those in need to assist with transportation.
We partner with other public, private and governmental agencies that offer services such as
Health
Programs that foster mental health, cultural awareness, and holistic alternatives to modern medicine/practices.
Financial Literacy
Programs that provide educational services that foster financial responsibility and accountability;
Careers / Entrepreneurship
Programs that help develop skills, build wealth and create economic opportunity for individuals and communities.
Thinking outside the box
Programs that educate the community on alternative forms of affordable housing that benefits the existing housing stock that is in need of redevelopment and new construction ideas that take advantage of energy conservation, green technologies, and universal design.
